4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • This does not constitute final acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled via trusted third-party printing and fulfilment partners.

Shipping times displayed are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Purchase of artwork does NOT transfer copyright ownership.

9. Custom & Commission Work

For commissioned pieces:

  • A separate agreement may apply.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Final artwork rights remain with KnuckleArt Collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnuckleArt Collection shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:
