At KnuckleArt Collection, every piece of artwork is produced to order with care and attention to detail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

All prints, canvas artworks, and personalised items are made to order.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers typically have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving goods. However, this right does not apply to items that are made to order or personalised.

As all artworks are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a resolution.

Returns for defective or damaged items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Resolutions

Where a claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (where appropriate)

4. Returns Process (Approved Claims Only)

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide clear return instructions

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us (for faulty or incorrect items only)

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Custom or made-to-order products without fault

  • Minor colour variations due to screen differences

Please ensure you review all product details carefully before purchasing.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be provided instead.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
