At KnuckleArt Collection, every artwork is produced to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
All prints, canvas artworks, and personalised items are made to order.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.
As our artworks are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process for Approved Claims
If your return is approved:

For damaged or defective items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom or made-to-order products without fault

Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

5. Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
